FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department is continuing to search for 78-year-old Porter Albert.

Albert was last seen on January 15th, 2020. According to detectives, his bank account has not been touched since his disappearance. He also has a storage unit filled with art that no one has tampered with.

“I keep a positive outlook on it I want to bring closure to the family no matter which direction this investigation goes but our belief is that he’s still alive and well,” said Detective Vincent Doyle with the Fort Myers Police Department.

Detectives said Albert spent a lot of time walking around Cleveland Avenue and visiting local businesses. FMPD hoping someone will come forward with information that can help track him down.
